The atmosphere was relaxing. Nothing was to much trouble and even though I was only having a routine check up they took some extra time to help me see what contact lenses would be like.

I saw Mr James Russell who was extremely friendly and patient it explaining my prescription and options. The advice given was honest and easy to understand. I hope Boots do everything they can to recognise Mr Russell and keep him, and other members of staff of such calibre as a valued member of staff.
